CharacterBank, the studio behind RUINSMAGUS, announced that it is currently developing Knights of Fiona, a virtual reality JRPG, and is targeting a 2026 release window. If RUINSMAGUS is to take into consideration, the game will most likely be VR only. This means that players will need to own a virtual reality headset of their own to be able to play the game. 

Knights of Fiona, while mostly single-player, allows players to team up with two other friends to fight monsters together. According to the press release, the game is going to be character-driven and will have “epic boss battles.”

The CEO of CharacterBank, Shuto Mikami, said that there is a strong desire for players to experience unique worlds in VR. He added, “with the power of new and upcoming headsets we are aiming to push the limits of what is possible and deliver a fresh narrative experience.”

The developers also mentioned that there are closely evaluating “everything we heard from players from the release of RUINSMAGUS and amplifies every area they enjoyed.” The game currently has a very positive review score on Steam.

Knights of Fiona is going to be released on Meta via Meta Horizon Store and on Steam VR via its own storefront. The developers mentioned that the game was designed from the ground up and will bring players to the world of Gallia, where they join Fiona and her knights.

Released on Nov. 4, 2025, Football Manager 26 received a “Mostly Negative” rating on Steam with 7,921 user reviews and a Generally Unfavorable user score on Metacritic based on 57 user ratings, along with a Metascore of 72 out of 100 points based on 28 critic reviews.

According to player reviews, the football management simulator was heavily review-bombed for missing multiple features from previous installments and for a poor UI experience.

The game launched for Windows PC and macOS PCs via Steam and Epic Games Store, PlayStation 5, Xbox One, Xbox Series X|S, Nintendo Switch, Nintendo Switch 2, tablets and smartphones (Android and iOS) and even mixed-reality headset Apple Vision Pro.

Developed by Sports Interactive and published by Sega, the first game in the series built on the Unity engine and the first to adopt a two-digit naming format as FM26, similar to the EA Sports FC series, became the twenty-second title in the series, following Football Manager 2024, as Football Manager 2025 was canceled.

On Nov. 6, 2025, The Binary Mill announced that its VR wingsuit racing game Rush: Apex Edition is now available on PlayStation VR2. The developers said that the game has been “remastered from the ground up.”

This edition’s improvements include the following:

• Remastered visuals with new lighting, weather and atmospheric effects
• 12-player online multiplayer races (up from eight in the original)
• Spatial audio and proximity VOIP chat for unmatched immersion
• Adaptive triggers and headset haptics support
• Over 90 unique tracks across stunning, dynamic environments
• Runs at 90fps on PlayStation5 and 120fps on PS5 Pro

The studio’s community manager also said that the developers wanted to “revisit one of our most-loved VR experiences and give it the full next-gen treatment it deserves.” He added that Rush: Apex Edition has been fine-tuned for the PlayStation VR2, making it the definitive version of Rush.

This version of the game isn’t available on any other platforms; however, Rush is. The game is available on Steam and will require a virtual reality headset to play.

According to SteamDB, the game had an all-time player peak of 23 players from three years ago and has a four-player peak daily.

At the time of writing, Rush has a “Very Positive” review score on Steam.

Thief VR: Legacy of Shadow is slated for release on Dec. 4, 2025, as was announced on the title’s official Steam page on Oct. 30, 2025.

Developed by Maze Theory and published by Vertigo Games, the VR title will be released for Meta Quest, PlayStation VR2, and Steam VR.

The fifth game in the dark fantasy Thief series, set in the dense, sprawling metropolitan complex known as The City, will allow players to assume control over Magpie, who was able to obtain the mechanical eye of the protagonist of previous installments, named Garrett.

Creators of Thief VR: Legacy of Shadow promise that the title will offer a full range of stealth gameplay mechanics in line with the spirit of the franchise, including sneaking, pickpocketing, prying open hidden compartments, and bypassing locks through tactile interactions. On top of that, the protagonist will wield an array of arrows and tools to distract, disable, or eliminate threats.

The minimum system requirements for the game listed on its Steam page are Windows 10 (64-bit) and one of the supported VR headsets, which include Valve Index, Meta Rift, Meta Quest 2, and Meta Quest 3.

On Oct. 10, 2025, Remedy announced on social media that Control is coming to Apple devices in early 2026. Fans of the game will be able to play it on the iPhone, iPad and Apple Vision Pro. Players will be able to use a controller or touch controls to be able to play the game.

Control will be the newest game to be released on Apple devices as the iPhone company looks to bolster its roster of AAA games available on the platform. Some games that were recently added to Apple devices were Resident Evil Village and Resident Evil 4 Remake.

Remedy originally released Control in 2019 for the PlayStation 4, Xbox One and PC. A year later, the game was ported over to the Nintendo Switch and was made available on Amazon Luna. Ports to PlayStation 5 and Xbox Series X|S were released in 2021.

Control is an award-winning third-person action-adventure RPG developed by Remedy Entertainment and published by 505 Games. As of the writing of this article, the game has two expansions: The Foundation and AWE, which is a crossover between Control and another game that Remedy made, Alan Wake.

This Minecraft small take on ChatGPT has 5,087,280 parameters and was trained in Python on the TinyChat dataset of basic English conversations, with an embedding dimension of 240, a vocabulary of 1,920 tokens, and consists of 6 layers.

According to the video’s description, the build occupies a volume of 1,020 × 260 × 1,656 blocks, and the footage of it was captured with Distant Horizons, which caused distant redstone components to look strange as they were rendered at a lower level of detail.

Steal A Brainrot officially achieved the highest concurrent player count record on Roblox, hitting 24,127,405 players. This behemoth of a number surpassed Grow a Garden’s previous peak, which was 22,346,726; this was the previous record for the highest concurrent player count. The record was achieved on Sept. 13, 2025. The Fortnite iteration of the title passed 500,000 concurrent players. 

This achievement far surpasses the highest concurrent player count on all of Steam’s most popular games. At the time of writing, according to SteamDB, PUBG: Battleground holds the highest concurrent player count achievement the platform, having hit 3,257,248 peak concurrent players. Steal A Brainrot surpassed this figure by more than 20 million players.

Steal A Brainrot was initially created in May of 2025; it is a simulator tycoon experience where players can purchase, defend, and steal brainrot characters. The player can obtain brainrot by either purchasing one from a red conveyer or stealing brainrot from another user’s unlocked base. The game begins with 100 cash, after which the player must earn more cash and steal from others. 

Leaving the brainrot in the base generates money over time, which can be used to upgrade the base and buy more characters. Roblox has rolled out a Beta version of Roblox Moments, its new in-house app that allows users to capture, edit, and share their gameplay directly within the platform.

According to the official statement Roblox has developed new creator tools that support content capture, editing, sharing, and discovery features specially for Roblox Moments.

The company has already shared the source code with selected creators, enabling them to build their own in-experience creations and discovery systems, with these API-based capabilities set to open up in late 2025.

While Roblox Moments is initially presented as a platform for short-form videos, the tools and APIs powering it are also designed to support other forms of in-experience creation.

Roblox highlighted that all content captured for publication in Moments is proactively moderated, and the experience is available to users aged 13 or older at launch.

Hitman: World of Assassination received a port for Apple’s macOS, iPadOS, and iOS devices on Aug. 27, 2025.

Besides iPhones, iPads, and Mac PCs, the title is also available on Nintendo Switch, PlayStation 4, Nintendo Switch 2, PlayStation 5, Windows PC, Xbox One, and Xbox Series X|S, along with multiple headsets in VR mode.

Concluding the story arc started in 2016’s Hitman, the game follows genetically engineered assassin Agent 47 and his allies as they hunt down the leaders of the secretive organization Providence, which controls global affairs and was partially responsible for 47’s creation and upbringing.
